Welcome to Brendan Albrey Lighting Design
I am a freelance lighting designer based in Auckland, New Zealand. Until July 2011 I was based in Christchurch ,where I worked extensively with The Court Theatre, Christchurch Symphony Orchestra and the National Academy of Singing and Dramatic Art.
In 2011 I recieved a Selecon Scholarship and traveled to the Northern Hemisphere to spend time visiting the Royal Shakespeare Company, attend the Broadway Lighting Masterclass and assistant lighting designing the European tour of The Rocky Horror Show.
